Important information about Zyprexa

If you or someone close to you took the antipsychotic drug Zyprexa (olanzapine) prior to June 6, 2007, click here to download and read the notice of the hearing for the settlement approval of the Zyprexa class action lawsuit as it may affect your legal rights and you may be eligible for compensation. This information is important for individuals who have taken Zyprexa and have developed diabetes, hyperglycemia, ketoacidosis, or pancreatitis as a result. A copy of the full legal notice can be viewed at www.classaction.ca (English and French), www.classproceedings.ca, and www.poynerbaxter.com.

There is also a database being created of individuals who have taken Zyprexa and have developed these conditions. If you or someone you know wish to become a part of this database, click here to download and print the database information form, which you can then complete and send to the lawyers involved in the class action suit—their address is on the last page of the form.
